The Brains

We’re Vandana & Dhruv, the makers of Bounce Back. We first met while studying Biochemistry at university - a time when big nights and even bigger deadlines were our normal. Like most students, we relied on whatever drinks were around, but we quickly realised they were just quick fixes loaded with caffeine and sugar.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we took our science backgrounds and started experimenting, determined to create a drink that actually helps your body recover - without the jitters, without the crashes.

That’s how Bounce Back was born: a smarter solution for real recovery.

Dhruv, Co-founder

Dhruv has been involved in every step of creating Bounce Back. With a background in biotechnology and a passion for innovation, he helped develop the recovery formula from the ground up. Whether it was testing the product with real people, gathering feedback, or perfecting the ingredients, Dhruv’s dedication has helped shape a drink that fits seamlessly into busy lives. His goal? To make recovery simple, effective, and something you’ll actually enjoy.

Vandana, Co-founder

With a love for science and a knack for creating clever solutions, Vandana co-founded Bounce Back to fill a gap in the world of recovery drinks. Armed with a Masters in Biotechnology and a CIMUK Diploma with Honours, she’s got the perfect mix of know-how to turn big ideas into brilliant products. Vandana’s passion for food-tech and functional nutrition drove her to develop Bounce Back’s unique formula, making it the recovery drink you didn’t know you needed, but now can’t live without.

The Recovery Method

The Bounce Back Method is rooted in the three pillars of true recovery: restorative sleep, active recovery through exercise, and balanced nutrition. Our formula was designed with these in mind, combining carefully selected ingredients that work in harmony with your body, not against it. By avoiding caffeine and excess sugar, we’ve created a solution that supports better sleep, aids physical recovery, and replenishes what your body truly needs helping you to rehydrate, replenish and recover.
